Tom has worked across the full spectrum of production roles - from supporting on an Academy Award nominated feature film, to directing adverts for household brands, to overseeing video content for multi-billion dollar revenue corporate clients. 

During his time as a scholarship student at the University of Exeter, Tom honed his craft as a music video director, with his work gaining millions of views, winning awards and being played on international television. Upon graduating, he set up Tactic Partners for personal projects and signed as a commercials director to a long established London production company.

Through his travels Tom took on a role with a Singapore-based UHNW family office. His subsequent mentorship by portfolio managers and buy side traders led to an understanding of financial markets and professional services firms, unique for a film director.

Tom's role at Tactic Partners is to provide creative direction and consultancy - creating high impact projects for clients that generate maximum return. 

Duncan brings unique commercial and operational skills from years of experience in finance and sport. 

Following the completion of his MSc from Imperial College London, Duncan began his career in finance for a major investment bank, focusing primarily on debt capital markets. He supported the origination and execution of new bond transactions across 3 major currencies, spanning FIG and Public Sector clients across EMEA and APAC, including major landmark bond transactions for governments.

Duncan then moved into commercial sport, working for a national sports team where he generated significant revenue growth through the origination and execution of high-value sponsorships. His role included building relationships with C-suite decision makers for some of the biggest consumer brands in the world.

At Tactic Partners, Duncan focuses on strategy and structuring bespoke solutions for clients.
